Steven A. Menges is a founding partner of the B2B Black Box Institute and is on the faculty at New York University in their MS Management and Systems program. He also spent eight years at CA Technologies, most recently as a vice president in the Mainframe Customer Solutions Unit. Prior to CA, he worked for StorageTek, EDS, and successful start-up organizations.
