Nick Garrod is a member of the Worldwide CICS Marketing team at IBM in Hursley, U.K. He has been with IBM for more than 30 years, working in the Finance and Business Planning groups before joining CICS marketing in the mid-90s. He was responsible for the launches of the CICS Transaction Gateway and TXSeries as standalone products before moving to the launch of CICS Transaction Server V3 and V4. A regular attendee of CICS conferences worldwide, he also presents in the SHARE NextGen stream.
