Monte Bauman is an IBM certified senior consulting IT specialist. He began his IT career in 1983 with IBM in Endicott, NY, at the Glendale Processor Development Laboratory. In 1991, he became a Large Systems SE. He currently supports “new workloads” on the mainframe; his skills include architectural analysis, requirements analysis, and workload optimization fit-for-purpose analysis. He resides in Columbus, OH, with his wife and four children.
