Chris Walker is an advisory software engineer for IBM based at Research Triangle Park, NC. He has worked at IBM for more than 10 years and is currently a developer on Tivoli OMEGMON XE for CICS on z/OS and ITCAM for Transactions products. Previously, he worked within the CICS portfolio team at the IBM Hursley lab in the U.K. He has co-authored Redbooks covering CICS and monitoring and spoken at several customer conferences.
