Rocket Software will be joining other enterprise technology leaders at SHARE 2018 in St. Louis, August 12-17. Rocket executives will discuss strategies for “getting more from your mainframe,” including ways to dramatically simplify the management of applications and analytics, as well as access critical data more easily. Another area of focus will be identifying and nurturing the next generation of mainframe developers and architects through a combination of hiring best practices and open-source technology. Key members of the Rocket team will be leading various presentations and workshops throughout the event and will also be present in booth #400, showcasing the company’s latest mainframe products.
Rocket Software CEO, Andy Youniss, will be part of a panel keynote address entitled “Open Innovation and Attracting the Next Generation of Developers and Architects to the Mainframe” taking place at 8:00 am on Tuesday August 14 in room 222. Andy will also be leading a Lunch & Learn session called “The Future is Now” at 12:30 pm that same day in room 241. A complete schedule of Rocket Software sessions is available here.
“The mainframe is at the heart of Rocket’s mission,” says Youniss. “Our passion is providing mainframe developers and users with the best tools and techniques to succeed in the modern business world–and to lead future innovation. It’s always incredibly exciting to share and learn from our mainframe colleagues at this important event.”
